Policy Implementation

Policies and initiatives, on their own are not legally binding and cannot force or prohibit action. To encourage adoption, policies and initiatives establish incentives, encourage compliance through education and awareness, incorporate policies or initiatives into acts or laws, or attach penalties and fines to non-compliance.
